The winds were over 25mph and after being pre-warned that there was a possibility we would not be able to inflate the jumper, the driver arrived and decided it was too windy and the conditions were not safe. We appreciate the stress on safety and even though we didn’t get to enjoy the jumper - it meant a lot that the company was not just about making money and the bottom line, but also about the kids. We will definitely rent from the company again.
